Every tray bake of brownies is handmade in the especially designed ‘Brownie Kitchen’ in Dragons Green, Shipley, West Sussex by Sarah, with a strong emphasis making people happy with her products whilst maintaining the integrity and the quality of her brownies by using only the best ingredients.

• Dark Belgium Chocolate – Minimum 58%  cocoa solids
• British Sugar
• British Butter
• British Self-raising flour
• British Free-range eggs – Sourced from a local family run farm Delspride poultry farm’  in West Sussex, where hens roam freely during the day.

Sarah said; “I am very proud of Just Brownies, being recognised at such an event alongside well known, and more established larger food and drink producers of West Sussex. Being a runner up in the ‘Best Sussex Food Producer’ category is such an honour, and I see it as fantastic  recognition of my product.”  

Just Brownies was launched in April 2011 in memory of a friend, who lost her battle to Cancer. Sarah has worked in the catering industry since 1999, working in a variety of catering environments and gaining a higher level of qualifications in City & Guilds ‘Catering and Management’  & various certificates from the Royal Institute of Public for Health in Health and Hygiene.

Since 2011, and using her business as a springboard, Sarah has raised monies for the following charities: St Barnabas House, Chestnut Tree House, Ronald McDonald House Charity – Brighton, PART – Partridge Green Area Response Team, Refurbishment of Partridge Green children’s play area and Rockinghorse Children’s Charity and Friends of Shipley School.
